Vijay comes with over two decades of industry experience. In his current role, he is responsible for the global businesses and strategic alliances of NIS Sparta in the Asia Pacific region, along with organisation wide strategic initiatives.
Over the years Vijay has worked with leading organisations such as Godrej & Boyce, Crompton Greaves and Birla Sunlife Insurance at national level positions and in leadership roles. Vijay has the expertise of setting up and leading sector verticals and training departments. His last assignment was with Reliance Industries as Vice President – Training.
Vijay has cross-domain experience, having worked in sectors such as petroleum, retail, insurance, training solutions, paints and durables. A trainer himself, Vijay has provided training and consulting solutions to over 50 companies, training over 20,000 people in India and abroad.
